Bob has been involved with all aspects of the business and has fostered growth and innovation within the company by embracing change and empowering his staff to make bold moves in the constantly evolving travel industry.
John Tavano - President
Founder of MTL Vacations 1-800-Montreal in 1991, with a focus on travel to Canada from the United States, John is engaged in sculpting the overall vision and growth of Yankee Leisure Holdings, Inc. John's entrepreneurial leadership has identified many strategic alliances and niche opportunities within the travel industry and has allowed YLH to expand its portfolio and head into new and exciting directions.
Paul O'Meara - Vice President, Sales & Marketing
Paul is propelling and steering the overall growth and profitability of travel agency and travel agency consortia sales, as well as the Group Sales via targeted sales and marketing initiatives. Paul entered the travel industry in 1997 as a front-line leisure agent for Garber Travel. In the years since, he has served in various product, sales and marketing roles for Garber's wholesale division, Magic Carpet Vacations, as well as roles of both Sales Manager and Director of Sales for TNT Vacations in Boston.
Steven Grasso - Vice President, Product & Marketing
With MTL Vacations since its inception, Steven has worked in various capacities from sales and marketing to developing product lines that meet the needs of the YLH's clients. Steven has 18 years experience in the travel industry and holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell. Steven is instrumental in shaping how YLH's product is sold and promoted throughout various distribution channels.
Michael Hios - Vice President, Operations & Technology
Since January 2004, Michael has been helping Yankee to evolve amidst the changing landscape of the travel industry by aligning technology with corporate strategy. Michael uses his 18 years of diverse IT experience to find innovative ways to apply technology to streamline operations, foster and create strategic alliances with tech companies and to define the call center and web reservation strategies.
